Can PowerPoint have an interactive quiz that I can put at the end of a training video I am working on?

I am curious to know if it is possible to have a interactive test incorperated into the presentation. It would be able to print the results after finishing the quiz so the new associates can get quized on the information in the slide show. Or would it be possible to link it to a program that will do this. Or is there other presentation software that is able to do this that isn’t too expensive?
